The Warm-Up & Welcome

Networking & Housekeeping. The facilitator kicks off the meeting with brief introductions, thanks the host for the meal, and provides a quick "look ahead" at upcoming events and socials

The Host Spotlight

Support and Promotion, The floor is handed over to the host business. This is their dedicated time to formally pitch their services, share their mission, or highlight a specific project.

The Themed Roundtable

Our facilitator leads an "around-the-room" sharing session centered on the meeting's theme. Every attendee is invited to share experiences, ask questions, and contribute to the group's collective growth

The Rotary Business Network and Beyond is open to Rotarians in good standing from any Rotary Club and non-Rotarian business leaders. This is a dues free organization. Should participants in this forum find value, they are encouraged to make a nominal donation to the Rotary Club Foundation of their choice.

  2. Recruit monthly host business.

  3. Facilitate each meeting.

  4. Be familiar and versed in the theme of the meeting to effectively facilitate discussion.

  5. Follow up with attendees after the meeting.
